Shipping

Shipping & Delivery of Physical Products

(1) Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, unless a different timeline is shown on the product page. The total transit time will be 7 to 20 working days starting from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery time does not include the order processing period before shipment.

(2) We fulfil orders from a network of Global Fulfilment Centres. Your order is always routed through the fastest and most reliable method available for your destination.

(3) Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, delivery zone and order value.

(4) Tracking is provided for all shipments once dispatched.

Tracking

(1) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates via email. You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and via shipping confirmation. Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by peak season demand or local customs procedures in certain regions.

(2) Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including apartment/floor number, street name, area/landmark, city, state, and postal/ZIP code to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout. Refunds will not be processed in such cases.

(3) For work addresses, please include your company name, building, floor and entrance details to avoid delivery delays.

(4) Please provide a valid mobile number so our carrier can contact you if necessary.

(5) Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–3 business days depending on local carrier availability.

(6) If multiple products have different production or delivery timelines, they may be shipped separately or together to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

International

(1) For international deliveries, customs clearance times may vary by country and could affect the overall delivery timeline. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping charges. Some orders may ship from our international fulfilment centres; in such cases, standard import duties/taxes may apply according to your country's regulations.

(2) We are not liable for customs-related delays or charges once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. We recommend checking with your country's customs authority before placing an order.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions in order processing or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, acts of war, government actions, transportation strikes, customs inspections, or any other force majeure events.
